As a local expert, she possesses extensive knowledge of the unique rules, flood zones, and other important factors that influence real estate decisions in this picturesque waterfront community.
Recognized as a top-producing agent at Michael Saunders & Company in 2022, 2023, and 2024 she now represents buyers and sellers in the Englewood area, where her clients appreciate her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and results-driven approach.
Born in Holland and raised on a dairy farm in Idaho, Lainy brings a hardworking, business-focused approach to her work. Her career has taken her across the U.S., from Idaho, where she practiced real estate for ten years, to California’s Monterey Bay Area, where she was an agent for six years, and now to the beautiful waterfront community of Englewood, Florida. Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, Lainy developed a 275-parcel subdivision from raw land in Idaho and has personally bought and sold industrial properties in Florida and Oregon. She also owns and manages multiple rental properties in Florida.
Lainy is passionate about helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership and financial security. Beyond real estate, she enjoys the outdoors, including golf, boating, walking, gardening, and yoga. She also values family time, with a son in Madison, Wisconsin, a daughter in Clearwater, Florida, and three grandsons. Englewood’s small-town charm and close-knit community are a perfect fit for her, and she is proud to help others discover all this special area has to offer.
